Every year, thousands of people in Canada and the U.S. take part in drug trials, to ensure a medication's functionality and safety. Many of those volunteers receive financial compensation for doing so. Bodies for Rent highlights how some volunteers are attempting to earn a living by putting their bodies on the line.
