'Pariah' tells a powerful, mesmerizing, and unflinchingly honest story of identity.

The film tells the story of a young man who moves to Istanbul and falls in love. Bekir, the son of the richest man in Çukurova, is pro-industrialization. He convinces his father to sell part of their land. He takes his cousin İskender with him and moves to Istanbul. He becomes a partner in his fellow countryman Serhat's factories and wins new contracts. He falls into conflict with Ferit, the factory owner who is his biggest rival in his new business, and Ferit's daughter Leyla. This conflict between the two companies ends when Bekir falls in love with Leyla. However, his clan will try to prevent this relationship.
