The dread is laying there, a disembodied container carried by the wake. Its reconnection to its past, present and future vibrates as it hums into and through the distance forming its own Space Time as it hears its instructions. This is how to accommodate the ricochets - how to become bionic.
Overall, Matthias & Maxime doesn't reinvent this romantic concept. But it also doesn't need to. Dolan weaves a story of love, friendship, and life that is both realistic and bittersweet. The film is nuanced and sensual in a way we don't get to see often with LGBTQ characters. It's a film that we can celebrate.
Dune has stunning visuals, a striking soundtrack, and great performances. But it has issues everywhere from its pacing, to its story, to its diverse representation.
