The problem is that there is another young man competing with (Balia) for her love, but this young man only covets her father's wealth. This young man resorts to many illegal means such as cheating and forgery.
Despite being an over-talked-about piece of media, 'Euphoria' has some interesting articles about it with personal angles that oppose the average tendency to be generic.

Overall, Altered Carbon: Resleeved is pretty “meh.” It’s cool and all that it takes a different approach from the TV show to make it animated rather than live action, but it doesn’t help that the animation looks like something from a video game.
