Silliness and the Undead - Zombieland: Double Tap
'Zombieland: Double Tap' was entertaining and fun at times, but not very evolved. It had poorly developed female characters and stereotypical characters of color.

Maysan and Iyad, a Syrian couple, work at a Breton fish auction and with their daughter seem to constitute a happy family. They have just been informed their residence permits have been approved. But then Iyad asks a question his wife wishes she hadn't heard. Great acting in this dissection of a marriage.
'Zombieland: Double Tap' was entertaining and fun at times, but not very evolved. It had poorly developed female characters and stereotypical characters of color.
This powerful story shines with poetic animation, an exploration of deeper truths, and the protagonist's complex search for identity.
Despite everything it was capable of, all of these poor choices strung together amount to nothing more than a counter-productive film.
