'Don't Worry Darling' Review: 'Get Out' But For White Women
Essentially 'Get Out' but for white women, 'Don't Worry Darling' has strong material with its twist reveal, but the writing and directing falter trying to execute it.

A boisterous group of five college friends steal away for a weekend of mischief in an isolated lake cabin, only to be attacked one by one by a deadly killer in the woods for an endless night of terror and bloodshed.

In this short film, writer/director Nikita Hattangady focuses on Jai, a starving artist rooted in the latter category. Though unhoused, he works hard.
Despite everything it was capable of, all of these poor choices strung together amount to nothing more than a counter-productive film.
This Halloween movie is based on the toy line of the same name.
Disney has hopefully learned some lessons since 1994. Are those lessons reflected in the 2019 remake of "The Lion King?"
