It's a story based on friendship and love. In this movie, there are three friends Satya, Shankar, and Manimohan. Satya is in love with a girl named Srimoti. After a few years, Srimoti gets pregnant. Satya shoots himself after an argument with her. Manimohan reaches the spot and takes Srimoti away to a distant place and settles down with her. Shankar thinks that Manimohan killed Satya. But the police arrested Shankar for the crime. Srimoti gives birth to a girl named Niyoti. After Shankar is released from jail, he learns about Manimohan's whereabouts. He goes there to take revenge. Escape The Field is a serviceable horror thriller. The characters are easier to remember as horror character tropes. As I wrote this review, I only remembered the characters by their tropes: #FinalGirl, #Everyman, #Badass, #MeanB*/SexyGirl, #Realist/BlackLesbian, and #TheNerd.

As a huge fan of Sean Baker’s Tangerine, The Florida Project, and Red Rocket, I’ve wanted to watch Anora since before it even was released. But life got in the way, my watchlist grew, and honestly, the fact that it was marketed as a romantic comedy put me off. Even with all the critical praise and the five Academy Awards it won last year, I just kept postponing it indefinitely.
While Peter’s heroics might have been a bit unrealistic at times due to his lack of experience, I will always support the civilian taking down the establishment.
