Alexandra, a beautiful and wealthy woman arrives at Greece. Greek and foreign reporters are trying to find the purpose of her arrival. A reporter tries to learn more about her and her visit but eventually falls in love with her.

This film was filled with great plot points. Unfortunately, they all contradicted each other and clashed. Had the premise of Awake been more consistent and accurately portrayed the real world aspect, I think this could have been an extreme success.
We can criticize depictions from old media, but they weren’t simply “good for their time”. They were fighting and struggling in a world we can’t imagine.
The sequel to the 2021 remake of the same name continues from where we last left off in this spooky adventure.
Although bogged down by a slow pace and moralistic intent, ‘Deadly Garage Sale’ (2022) makes the most of its silly and nonsensical premise.
