Shamim Zaman is a Bangladeshi television actor, drama director, and TV drama producer. He is particularly popular among audiences for his humorous and comic roles. Early Life: Shamim Zaman was born on January 1, 1974, in Manikganj District, which is part of the Dhaka Division of Bangladesh. His birth name is Md. Sayfuzzaman. However, in the television and drama industry, he is known as Shamim Zaman. He is widely recognized by this name. Career: From his school days, he was actively involved in various forms of acting. In 1989, he moved to Dhaka and joined **Aranyak Natyadal** as a member. It was through this renowned theater group that his professional acting career began. Initially, he performed in numerous stage productions under the organization before making his debut in television dramas. Over time, he established himself not only as an actor but also as a producer and director. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a stage actor with Aranyak Natyadal, performing in productions such as *Iblish*, *Pathor*, *Joyjoyonti*, *Prokritojon Kotha*, and *Mayur Singhasan*. He later transitioned to television dramas, where he appeared in several notable productions, including *Dayaganj*, *Service Holder*, *College Student*, and many others. In addition to television, he also acted in several feature films, including *Adhiyar*, *Bangla Mayer Damal Chele*, and *Chhana O Muktijuddho*. Since 2001, he has been directing television dramas.
