Born in Naryn, Kirghyz SSR, USSR on July 12, 1948 (age 78)
Graduated from the directing department of VGIK (1973, workshop of A. Stolper). He's assistant director at the Kirgizfilm film studio in the group of G. Bazarov since 1971, and director since 1972.
