Văn Như Cương (1st July 1937 - 9th October 2017) was a Vietnamese mathematician and educator. An accomplished researcher in topology and advisor for the National Council of Education, he was best known as the founder and principal of Luong The Vinh High School in Hanoi - one of the first private educational institutions in Vietnam.
