Saya Kamitani is a Japanese professional wrestler who made her in-ring debut in World Wonder Ring Stardom on August 10, 2019. She is a one-time World of Stardom Champion, two-time Goddesses of Stardom Champion, one-time Wonder of Stardom Champion, and one-time High Speed Champion, while also winning the NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship and the Regina Di WAVE Championship outside the promotion. Widely praised for her performances in major matches, dramatic ring style, and rapid growth from rookie to main eventer, she was ranked No. 7 in the PWI Women’s 150 in 2022. In 2025, she was ranked No. 3 in the PWI Female 250 behind Mercedes Moné and Toni Storm, was named Wrestling Observer Newsletter Women’s Wrestling MVP, won the Koichi Yoshizawa Award (Japan MVP), and became the first woman to win the Tokyo Sports MVP Award.
