Ricky Bartlett
Ricky Bartlett is an American actor and voice artist with a disability (double-leg amputee) whose work spans film, television, and voiceover performance. Bartlett began his career in broadcasting, working in technical roles at local television stations and as on-air talent at WKCN 99.3 FM as a late-night host.
